DIGITAL ADVERTISING EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

WHO WE ARE SEEKING: We’re seeking a highly motivated individual to become a part of the Soundwave team as a Digital Advertising Executive Assistant.  In this position, you will work alongside the management team at Soundwave to assist with administrative, logistical, clerical, and digital marketing work in support of Soundwave’s work and goals. In addition to executive assistant tasks, this role would work internally alongside staff members to execute and recap digital advertising campaigns. Organizational & administrative tasks, social & PPC advertising, project management, and communication will be key aspects of this job.

Experience, as well as an understanding of the music/comedy/entertainment industry as a whole, is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified candidates will have excellent communication, organizational, scheduling, and time management skills as well as experience in the following areas:

  • communicating via email, phone, & messaging/chat

  • Google suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

  • utilization of project management software

  • basic accounting skills

Ideal candidates will also have some experience in the following areas:

  • paid digital advertising

  • social media management

  • data analysis & visualization utilizing tools such as APIs & Google Looker Studio

  • email and/or SMS marketing / Mailchimp / Hive / etc

  • automations using tools like Zapier & Make

  • AI tools such as chatGPT

LOCATION: We’re focusing on candidates residing in Virginia, Pennsylvania, Florida, or New York, but we welcome exceptional candidates regardless of your location in the US.

FORMAT: This position is fully remote.

COMPENSATION: Compensation commensurate with experience ~ $40,000-$60,000/year salary plus benefits including: generous PTO policy, 10+ paid holidays a year, employer-funded insurance options, and internet/cell phone reimbursement.
Restrictive covenants / non-compete / confidentiality agreement required.
