Can each responsible agent see only their roster?
Yes. Each agent gets a login that shows only their assigned artists' shows, pacing, and venues. Agency leadership and partners see the full portfolio-wide view with cross-roster analytics.
How does the Tour Pulse briefing work?
The Tour Pulse is an automated email delivered daily or weekly to every agent and stakeholder you designate. It includes a portfolio scorecard, per-artist status summaries (On Track / Watch / Alert), and a triage section highlighting the most urgent shows needing attention.
Can management teams and co-agents get access?
